All 66com account transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 66com does not charge currency conversion fees. The following payment methods are currently supported for PKR deposits and withdrawals:

• You may only deposit funds from payment instruments (Easypaisa wallets, JazzCash accounts, bank accounts) that are registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible, as an anti-money-laundering safeguard.
• Withdrawals are only available to accounts that have completed KYC verification. 66com reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of account KYC status.

• Claiming a 66com bonus using multiple accounts, using shared payment methods to claim the same bonus multiple times, or any other method of bonus manipulation constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.

Each game outcome is statistically independent of all prior outcomes. No betting system, pattern, or strategy can alter the underlying probability distribution of any 66com Casino game.

• Live Dealer game results are determined by physical game elements (cards, dice, roulette wheels) handled by licensed dealers and captured by live video. In the event of a technical stream interruption during a Live Dealer round, 66com's resolution protocol for the affected bet will follow the game provider's published interruption policy.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 66com platform. This list is illustrative and not exhaustive:

• Opening more than one 66com account, or opening a new account after a previous account has been suspended or permanently closed.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with 66com.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or gain any advantage over other players or the 66com platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any multi-player game environment on 66com Casino.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any 66com content without the prior written permission of 66com.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you voluntarily submit to 66com may be incorporated into the platform without compensation to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 66com, its directors, employees, affiliates, game providers, and service partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 66com platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of PKR funds resulting from game outcomes, including progressive jackpot non-wins.
• Interruption or unavailability of the 66com platform due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, network failures, or third-party service disruptions affecting Easypaisa, JazzCash, Pakistan bank payment systems, or internet connectivity.
• Unauthorised access to your 66com account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your 66com Login credentials.
• Delayed or failed PKR withdrawals attributable to Pakistan bank processing delays, national holidays, regulatory holds, or KYC-related verification delays where the cause lies outside 66com's direct control.
• Any technical error, game software bug, or data transmission failure that results in an incorrect game display, provided that 66com applies reasonable efforts to identify and remedy such errors promptly.

In all cases, 66com's maximum liability to any player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the value of the PKR balance held in that player's 66com account at the time the claim arises.

66com reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms, including any prohibited conduct outlined in Section 7.
• Provision of false, fraudulent, or misleading information at any stage of account registration, KYC verification, or ongoing account maintenance.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the time period specified by 66com.
• Detection of money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity connected to the account.
• Detection of the account holder being under 18 years of age.
• Any legal or regulatory obligation requiring 66com to restrict or terminate account access.

Upon permanent account closure for cause, any PKR balance associated with fraudulent, prohibited, or bonus-abuse activity will be forfeited. Any clean, unencumbered PKR balance (i.e., real-money funds not associated with a violation) will be returned to the payment method on record following the conclusion of any applicable investigation.

You may voluntarily close your 66com account at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary closure will be processed within a reasonable time. Any verified PKR balance will be returned to your registered payment method after identity confirmation.

66com reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 66com will notify active Pakistan players via the email address or mobile number registered to their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the 66com platform. The updated Terms will be effective from the date indicated in the revision notice.

If you continue to use 66com after the effective date of any amendment, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Terms. If you disagree with any revised provision, you must cease using 66com and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 11.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 66com operates as an online entertainment platform and is designed to be accessed by Pakistan players. Users are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with local laws applicable to online gambling in their jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between you and 66com regarding any aspect of these Terms, the 66com platform, or any transaction, the following escalation process applies:

• Step 1 — Informal Resolution: Contact 66com's English-language support team via live chat. The majority of queries and disputes are resolved at this stage within 24–48 hours.
• Step 2 — Formal Complaint: Submit a written complaint by email to 66com's support address. 66com will provide a formal written response within five business days.
• Step 3 — Escalation: If the formal complaint response does not resolve the dispute to your satisfaction, the matter may be escalated through applicable dispute resolution channels as communicated by 66com in the formal response.

All formal complaints must be submitted in English. 66com will correspond in English throughout the dispute resolution process.
